What does PAYLETS.com do?

PAYLETS.com provides smart credit card processing (Visa, MasterCard) for subscription and shopping cart websites. On your financial statements, charges are listed along with the WWW.PAYLETS.COM web address and support phone number (optional).

Why was I billed by PAYLETS.com?

You purchased a product, membership or subscription from a website that uses PAYLETS.com's services. You should have received an email receipt at time of purchase.

Why does PAYLETS.com appear multiple times on the same creditcard statement list?

For your convenience, many subscription-based websites renew your membership until you cancel. For more information, see the PAYLETS.com Purchase Agreement or visit the website to which you subscribed. If you've subscribed to multiple websites, the charges will be listed separately.

How can I stop the billing?

Send an email to cancel@paylets.com containing your subscription id. You got this id on initial subscription shown on our webpage and in an email. Once you've cancelled, you will not be billed again after the date of your cancellation. To maximum the value of your membership, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
